Matthew Field
Matthew is fourth-generation within the Goebel family. He is proud of the company’s history and leads the organization with strong values surrounding people, customer service and quality products. Matthew spends much of his time on client interaction with a personal goal to visit as many clients and projects as possible. Prior to becoming President and CEO at Goebel, Matthew worked in Material Control, Field Services, Operations and now works closely with Business Development and Sales to ensure that he has an encompassing view of the company. Before joining the Goebel team, Matthew received a degree from the University of St. Thomas in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and worked at numerous national and international corporations.
Jon Hagstrom
Jon enjoys being involved in all aspects of the company’s business. He likes building teams, developing strategies and working with the team to execute the plan. Prior to joining Goebel, Jon worked for a public manufacturing company with molding and metal processing capabilities with facilities based throughout the world. His experience includes general management and many years working in sales, marketing and product development. As Senior Vice President, he looks forward to utilizing his overall experience to help Goebel execute and pursue new markets. Jon received his degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and has completed coursework on leadership, sales management and received his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of St. Thomas.
Ryan Heinbaugh
Ryan is an accomplished manager with broad construction, manufacturing and management experience. With an eye for quality and process improvement, he strives to exceed the customers’ expectations. Prior to joining Goebel, he worked in commercial construction management, residential construction and was a self-employed woodworker. Ryan has a B.S. in Construction Management with additional coursework in Manufacturing Management from Bemidji State University. Ryan is experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial construction as well as manufacturing processes and management. His attention to detail and ability to collaborate with and manage multiple teams serves him well as Vice President of Operations for Goebel.
Shane Tankersley
Shane started at Goebel in 2008 in project management and has many years of experience working with clients to bring their napkin sketches to life. He enjoys working with both internal teams and external clients, architects and contractors as well as being a liaison between them. Shane has extensive construction experience and construction management education prior to working at Goebel along with an A.S. in Business Administration. As Director of Client Services he manages the product engineering, project management, and field services teams, and loves working with his teams on new and unique projects all across the continent. Shane strives to complete every project on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
