Intellistore
Panel products are efficiently stored, sorted and pre-labeled with an integrated labeling system prior to feeding directly to CNC machines. This happens on-demand thus reducing the need for human interaction and freeing up skilled resources. This is an intelligent system capable of handling a wide assortment of panel types and sizes.
CNC Panel Processing
Raw panel materials are fed from the Intellistore directly to integrated CNC machining centers and panel saw. Here, raw materials take shape into parts to be used in various cabinets, millwork and other finished goods.
CNC Routing
Goebel’s State-of-the-art machining includes multiple spindles, aggregate heads, drill blocks and other features to allow for precise and intricate designs. Having multiple aggregate heads allows one to be routing and the other to be changing heads, providing for efficiency and speed in creating your casework.
Edge Treatments
Goebel offers both straight-line and contour banding capabilities for casework. Straight-line machines include servo controls, milling, radii tooling and buffing. These are high speed machines with return conveyors to efficiently process the parts that add the finishing touches on your cabinetry pieces.
Doweled Construction
Automated boring and dowel insertion equipment prepares parts for construction using engineered programs with established construction standards. The cabinet assembly line consists of ergonomic workstations, powered conveyors and a feed-thru case clamp to make efficient work of turning parts into your finished cabinets.
Assembly
A team of skilled craftspeople carefully fabricate and assemble components into completed casework and millwork using proven tools, advanced technologies and attention to detail.
